1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Arqam Broker platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to open a trading account. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Trading Services
Arqam Broker provides access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Crypto markets via the Arqam WebTrader platform. CFD trading involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
5. Risk Disclosure
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A significant percentage of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits must be made from accounts in your own name. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Arqam Broker does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank may apply charges.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity. Arqam Broker reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of prohibited activities and report them to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arqam Broker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the funds held in your trading account.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the Kingdom.
